Kim Murray Ward is a Sports Physiotherapist with a specific interest in the groin, lumbar spine, pelvis, hip and lower limb. Kim completed her Masters in Sports Physiotherapy at Sydney University in 2004, winning the Institute of Sport prize for finishing first in her graduating class. Kim is currently the physiotherapist for the Australian Under 13 Girls Football Team.
Kim has a particular interest in complex, chronic or recurrent conditions of the lumbopelvic area, ranging from back and groin pain to incontinence. Kim has been helping elite sportspeople including golfers, footballers (soccer), rugby league and union players, cricketers and runners with their back, hip and groin problems for many years. She has worked with players and athletes from:
- Sydney FC
- Kings XI Punjab (Indian Premier League)
- Cronulla Sharks NRL Club
- South Sydney Rabbitohs NRL Club
- Parramatta Eels NRL Club
- Sydney Swans AFL Club
- Israeli Olympic Team, Sydney 2000
- Sydney Striders
- NSW Country Rugby Union Colts

- Orange Agricultural College, University of Sydney Rugby Union Football Club
- Numerous Golf Clubs throughout Sydney
Kim sees many people with chronic problems who have failed to improve with standard treatment techniques for lumbopelvic pain. She has an integrated approach embracing the most recent research evidence in the management of these complex problems. Kim feels it is important the patient has a good comprehension of:
- their problem or diagnosis
- why they get their symptoms
- what the plan is for the management of their symptoms
- the need for the patient to be actively involved in their treatment
